HorrorWeek on ASP.com 2014

This monday starts the long week dedicated to the “living dead” here on aspidetr.com, with the opportunity to spend together these days, from today up to sunday 2th November.

 

Since 2007, every year the week of Halloween / All Saints Day / Día de Muertos becomes an opportunity to spend along these days so very special, sharing games, tomb raider custom levels, recipes, tricks, posting all the pictures of the party, recipes, costumes, decorations and other in theme.

Some anticipation: this year we were a bit ‘dropped from classic view (parallax modeON), but end up sections now become familiar in recent years with the information related to the event, the section dedicated to the game and a new contest for the realization of a TR halloween wallpaper with which you can win “Lara Croft and the Guardian of Light” and its DLC!

 

 

Just over a month since the launch of its sequel  “Lara Croft and the Temple of Osiris” a good opportunity to become familiar with the controls and the isometric adventure in co–op of Lara.

 

 

Like the past edition in the dedicated web pages you can find:

• Halloween info: information on the history and traditions of Halloween, its ties with the Christian celebration of All Saints (hence its name), the similarities with Sardinian traditions and Tuscany, the Mexican celebration of the Day of the Dead, and more;

• Halloween Fonts and animated Gif to download;
• Stunning Wallpapers;
• Halloween recipes;
• a Game Section, with some flash games and a mini “TR Halloween Reloaded” with some horror/thriller tomb raider custom levels, old and unpublished;
• l’Horror Gallery Contest and a parade of avatar theme, with all the avatars inserted by raiders for horrorweek collected in a dedicated thread/gallery in TRchart.

 
TR Halloween Wallpapers Contest

It’s competition time! This contest in a nutshell: create a your TR themed Halloween Wallpaper digital or by hand. You may submit your entry at contest@aspidetr.com, maximum 2 entries per person. Contest is open to entrants worldwide. Deadline October 31 extended.

• Contest is open to entrants worldwide;
• Maximum 2 entries per person;
• Keep your entry clean and in good taste;
• Prize #1 and #2 goes to the best entry as voted by public;
  Prize #3: this prize winner will be chosen randomly using random.org to encourage participation by all;
• Contestants can only win 1 prize, not a combination of for example 1st prize and 3rd prize;
• Winners will be notified via PM or email.
• We reserve the right to extend the deadline, for example if we receive a low number of entries.
