Pheraps your map is really at the max limit 256 x 16384?
Because in that case there is a bug forbid to use tga map with height 16384.
Yes, that's it. The map is too big, so the textures at the bottom are lost after the conversion.

Thanks, I might use that somewhere. But I'd need to replace the textures in editor. I'm retexturing a project from 64x64 to 128x128 textures, but after convertion the texture map is too big for the editor. Not all textures are used, so I would move some of them at the start of the texture map.

Hi Paolone, I wonder if you could add a feature for textures like: replace the selected texture with another one in all rooms. (You would click on a texture to select it and then you'd select another for replace it in all rooms.) Turbo used something similar in his Rview, where he changed IDs of the...
